Solaris Urbino

Solaris Urbino buses are reliable during the daily operation - their construction properties are tested on test tracks of the DAF, Wabco and Tatra companies. The mileage covered by buses on the test tracks equals 1.000.000 km, which corresponds to 10 years of regular operation. Such intensity of technical tests is ensured by "special stretches": Belgian cobbles, undulating track surface, constantly moistened road sections, 18 degree slopes, sharp turns. Among other features, the durability of the structure, the brake systems efficacy and the properties of the steering system are tested this way - all of them ensure safety for Solaris bus passengers and high availability of vehicles for operators.
